Mark & Leslie Dollar: Youth/Worship Team Welcome to our online resume! May the Lord guide you in all your ways! I believe that God has divinely put my wife and me together, as a team, to minister to teens. With my ability to minister one on one, counseling skills, love for outdoor sports and radical mission trips, and an emphasis on developing solid relationships with individuals, and with my wife's skill in evangelism to teen girls and women, love for drama, a vibrant personality, a focus on Godly relationships, and a talent to pump-up a group, I feel that we make an inseparable team. Furthermore, we love to worship together and usher in the Holy Spirit with guitar and singing. I am a spirit-filled, solid-out Christian and I do not mince words or tone-down my relationship with Jesus. We are very non-denominational in our beliefs and worship style. So do not let our being in a certain denomination discourage you from taking a closer look at us! We GO WHERE GOD CALLS US! Jesus is my Savior and I want teens fall in love with Him and, in turn, show the world their Savior. We have 3 beautiful little girls: Caroline, age 5, Molly Kate, age 3, and Abigail age 5 months.

1998- Present First United Methodist Church, Carrollton, GA - Youth Pastor
Responsible for ministering and discipling 6th-12th graders, Wednesday Bible Study and youth group and Sunday school on Sunday morning and nights with an avg. attendance of 80-100 students and events and retreats averaging over 200-500! Developed small groups for teens called SOAP (Scripture, Outreach, Accountability, Prayer). Put together 2 student-led worship bands. Organized yearly ski-trips, trips to Oasis (Phil Waldrep Ministries) at Panama City Beach, and mission trips to Mexico. Also organized a yearly Student Impact Weekend and brought in big named bands and speakers. Oversee an awesome youth building called, Solid Rock Cafe' where I DJ parties, hold retreats and all youth functions. THE BEST PART, God, thru my wife and me, has led over 200 teens in the last 4 years and 84 in the last 6 months to a personal relationship Jesus or recommitment to Him and taught them how to live a radical, Spirit-filled life!

1998-Present Walk to Emmaus- Spiritual Director and Chrysalis Board
Served a Spiritual Director for men’s Walk to Emmaus Weekend, YAC weekend and Chrysalis Weekend retreats. Also serve on West Georgia Chrysalis Board

2000-Present 1st Priority- Head Campus Coach for City Schools
Implemented 1st Priority prayer club strategy for the public schools in Carrollton. This is a campus outreach to over 600 teens twice a week. Oversee 2 worship teams.

1999-Present CASA- Special Advocate
Court appointed special advocate to troubled and abused children and teens.

2000-Present Oak Mountain Christian Academy-Volunteer Teacher
Teach 6th-8th graders Bible, Wait Training, an abstinence course, and Basic Guitar. Have been licensed by the state to teach curriculum that deals with saving sex for marriage.
